Yellow is a fantastic color! It’s a color of lights, brightness, and warmth. It also reminds me the changes of the color of leaves this time of year, curries, and desserts. It also happens to be one of my daughter’s favorite colors. I love to cook food with bright colors so I often find myself cooking with things that are yellow; peppers, squash, onions, turmeric, and lemons of course. I think lemons are my favorite thing to cook with. Yellow foods are also very nutritious and have been known to help with digestion and brain function. I love these yellow recipes and am so excited to share them with you all.
