Keen on Green | Eating for the Season

Hello March! Spring is finally on the horizon after months of cold weather and snow. There is a promise of new life with a bright green hue. The color green has always been one of my favorites; it was even one of my wedding colors and the color of the master bedroom in our first home. Also, as someone who loves to garden (include link) – green is the sign of my favorite time of year. Speaking of gardening, the first crops are some of my favorites to eat! There are some other wonderful green foods to eat as well. Here is a fun list of green foods to help enjoy Spring or to celebrate St. Patty’s Day as well.

Drinks – Green drinks can often be sugary, full of green die, or full a spinach like a smoothie. But green drinks don’t have to be limited to these. They can be fun, light and refreshing. Here is a fantastic list of some fun drinks for you to share with some fellow green lovers.
